Cute Cufflinks
I was online looking for a classy yet personalized gift for a friend, and I've often heard that cufflinks are great for such gifts. In fact, they're a great statement piece. Anyway, I got distracted and began searching for nautical-themed cufflinks.
Here are a few cute sets from cufflink.com; they're pricey but a great idea (now I just need to find them on the cheap!)
